Mission

The Rainbow Possibility Foundation equips Los Angeles public high school classrooms with tangible STEAM materials so students can learn by doing.

We focus on real supplies students touch: soldering kits, sensors, wood and fasteners, adhesives, safety gear, and lab consumables. When classrooms have parts on hand, teachers can run labs on time, students can iterate safely, and learning becomes concrete and memorable.

What We Do

Supplies, not slogans. Hot glue, lab kits, electronics, wood, fasteners—real materials students use today.
Hands-on STEAM. Project-based learning where students design, test, and iterate.
Barrier-free classrooms. No canceled labs for lack of supplies.

Our purchasing approach is simple: prioritize items that unlock immediate instruction and give students multiple attempts. We avoid long delays and focus on what gets a lab or build running this week.

Our Approach to Learning

Students learn best by building and testing ideas with their own hands. We support teacher-designed activities that include prediction, trial, reflection, and revision. This cycle helps students develop persistence, attention to detail, and practical engineering judgment—all transferable skills for college and careers.

How We Choose

We prioritize items that (1) enable whole-class participation, (2) allow iteration and safe retries, (3) align with current instruction so students use them now—not “someday,” and (4) are affordable and efficient. No waste.

Accountability & Transparency

We maintain internal records of funded purchases for accountability and can provide summaries to donors or reviewers upon request. We are a 501(c)(3) public charity.
